As a Spa Coordinator of AW Medspa, Abby Adriatico combines her love for skincare and client care with strong organizational skills. Her role includes coordinating appointments, supporting daily spa operations and helping create a welcoming experience for every client. A graduate of the University of Illinois, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Abby also brings seven years of experience as a National Marketing Recruiter. Passionate about aesthetics and skin health, her favorite treatment is microneedling for improving acne scars. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree with the goal of becoming a nurse injector, combining her passion for helping people feel both confident and cared for from the inside out.

Specializing in Instagram and Facebook content creation,Jackson helps bring brands to life through engaging reels, stories, and digital campaigns that connect with audiences in a meaningful way. With a strong eye for aesthetics and current social media trends, she focuses on creating polished, engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity while increasing online visibility and engagement. From behind-the-scenes content to promotional campaigns and educational media,Jackson plays a key role in enhancing the digital presence and client experience across all platforms. Jackson’s active involvement helped AW Medspa to be nominated as the Best Small Business of Hoffman Estates. Jackson holds the position of the chairperson for the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce and Industry Networking Group “Women Engaged in Business”. Jackson is also a member of the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors.
